“Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the LORD, The Creator of the ends of the earth, Neither faints nor is weary. His understanding is unsearchable.”
Isaiah 40:28 NKJV
People will drive miles and miles for a great view. Let’s face it that’s what are National Parks are all about. It’s the view! And yes most are spectacular from the Grand Canyon to the Glacier National Park and all in between they are breath taking and awe inspiring all wrapped into one. And when you get as far as you think you can go on land, you look out and before you is a vast body of water. And let’s face it there is nothing like the view of the ocean. It’s calming and breath taking all at the same time. It’s worth the drive and time spent to get to these destinations. But how about the view around us, do we take time to look at things through the eyes of the Creator. Do we stop and see things through His perspective. Do we take time to take in the details of His creation, to breath in and enjoy what He has given us. Do we stop to enjoy the view or are we too busy to see what is around us. Are we too caught up in our little world that we miss the bigger picture. Louie Armstrong put it best in the title of his hit song, “What a Wonderful World!” So today stop and enjoy the view, stop and take in the beauty and breath taking sights that are all around us. Today take a look at what the Creator of the ends of the earth, who neither faiths or is weary has done all around you. You don’t have to drive very far, nor look very hard to find His hand at work.
